Cotton Candy Cookie!

http://www.unodedos.com/recetario-de-cocina/galletas-nube-de-algodon/

This is the first time I see Cotton Candy Cookies. Very creative and inspiring, however it might be difficult to look for cotton candy. Still, if you happen to try this recipe, I am sure everyone will love it! ^^

Ingredients:
100 g butter at room temperature
65 g of icing sugar
1 medium egg
275 g pastry flour
1 pinch of salt
VanillaGlaze Royal or white chocolate
Cotton candy

Direction:
1 The dough mix the butter with the sugar until you have a soft and homogeneous dough.
2 Add the egg, pinch of salt and vanilla and combine until all ingredients are perfectly integrated.
3 Finally we add the sifted flour and mix by hand or with a wooden spoon until dough is soft slightly oily, but easy to handle.
4 We make a ball of dough, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate it for at least two hours.
5 Heat oven to 180 ºC heat up down without air.

6 Stretch the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm between two roles of oven, so is not sticking to the artboard or to roll, with a tile in form of a cloud. Cut cookies and place them carefully on the baking tray.
7 We bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges of cookies are lightly browned. If we make cookies of very different sizes, we will try to bake them in different batches, since cooking times are not the same.
8 Let the cookies for 5 minutes above in the tray from the oven and had them to a wire rack to cool.
9 Once it is cooled, we decorate them with dots of Royal glaze on the surface of each butter cookie, that will "glue".
10 Carefully place the cotton candy, taking care to not rub it very much to not crush it.

*Do this last part of the decor before serving if you live at a humid area. Since sugar tends to dissolve and the result may be damaged.
