Breakfast Recipe: Eggs In a Basket

 

This is a healthy quick breakfast recipe for families who are busy. It is pretty easy too, just butter your baking bowl/ramekin, stuff a slice of bread and an egg on top of that. Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated 400F oven. Remove and season. Enjoy your healthy beautiful breakfast!
