Pumpkin Roll with Pecan

These "Pumpkin Rolls" look gorgeous and are going to be the perfect light snack for Halloween! Introduced by Thistlewoodfarms.com, this "pumpkin roll" recipe is made simply by "Rhodes Bake ‘n Serve Dinner Rolls." Of course, making your own rolls with pumpkin spice will be great too!

The steps to make this adorable pumpkin roll are simple, and what you need is only Dinner Rolls, one Egg, and Pecans. Prepare your dinner roll in a ball and let it sit for 2 hours. Cut the edges like shown above. (like a flower) Before baking, poke a small hole in the middle for pecan stem later. Coat your rolls with egg wash to achieve the beautiful golden color! Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes in a pre-heated 350F oven. Meanwhile, split the pecans into 3 pieces. When the rolls are ready, insert the pecan piece into the center to make a "pumpkin!"

Let's Enjoy this mini pumpkin roll recipe for Thanksgiving and Christmas too!
